ARTICLES OF FAITH

The church is grounded in the truth of Scripture, teaching God's Truth without compromise.

We, the leadership of this church, believe and agree to teach the following...

Article One: We teach the Bible is the inspired, and only infallible, authoritative Word of God.  The Bible is the final authority on all matters of life, faith and practice.

Article Two: We teach that there is one God, eternally existent in three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

Article Three: We teach the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, His personal return to meet His Church in the air (The Rapture), His personal return to this earth in power and glory (The Second Coming) to set up His Kingdom reigning 1,000 years.

Article Four: We teach that salvation of lost and sinful man is an act of God’s regeneration power by the work of the Holy Spirit, through faith and is absolutely essential.

Article Five: We teach the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

Article Six: We teach the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection and everlasting life with the living God and they that are lost into the resurrection of damnation into a literal hell.

Article Seven: We teach that every area of life is to be subject to the Lordship of Jesus Christ and we adhere to a world and life view which seeks to make the Lord Jesus Christ preeminent in all things.

Biblical Principles: We teach that God exists in Three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We further express that God the Father is our creator and our sustainer in life; that Jesus Christ the Holy Son of God is our redeemer, and we submit to His Lordship. God the Holy Spirit is the one who reveals and guides us personally and professionally in our ministries, and that the Holy Bible is the infallible authority in matters of faith and conduct.

Moral- Social- Spiritual Issues: We teach and require Ordained Ministers and other Teachers in this church are to Abstain from drinking Alcohol, Using Tobacco, Marijuana and all illegal drugs. When such a question exists concerning teaching; Moral; Social; Spiritual Issues; we teach the individual Christian should always take the high road. We very strongly advise abstention regarding; Moral, Social and Spiritual issues, i.e.; Social and Family Life; Marriage; Alcohol; Tobacco, Drugs; Etc. (Proverbs 3:5-6).

The Church: We teach and declare; the Church is made up of individual born-again believers, but in fact do not constitute a Church while standing alone as an individual; becoming the Church only as they congregate together in numbers of two or more, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Matthew 18:20)
